Our enterprise

Podonov is a French company, created in 2011, with the aim of designing and marketing medical devices aimed at improving the post-operative consequences of forefoot surgery. Each device has been designed in partnership with a multidisciplinary team made up of chiropodists and foot surgeons.

The first creation of PODONOV was the HALTEN shoe, a shoe for temporary closed therapeutic use, sold in pairs and with an aesthetic close to a sneaker. These characteristics constitute major innovations that have made the HALTEN shoe a benchmark.

All the design, development and manufacture were carried out in France, thus meeting the wishes of the founders.

Continuing in its desire to innovate, and in partnership with ORTHONOV, PODONOV designed the very first compressive cryotherapy splint for the forefoot: the ICENOV splint. This device helps fight against edema and postoperative bleeding, while providing an analgesic effect.

Subsequently, the SONOV sock was developed with the aim of providing a solution for the management of edema of the forefoot, this device constituting a world first.

Finally, a new concept of footwear for temporary therapeutic use has been developed: the ADAPTATIV. As its name suggests, it is a shoe that adapts to several uses: postoperative, podiatry care, diabetic feet, deformed toes ...

Podonov's goal is to continue to design innovative products, placing the needs of the patient and the demands of the nursing staff at the heart of its priorities. All the projects initiated will be carried out in collaboration with French manufacturers, and in partnership with leading health professionals specializing in the foot.
